Announcement on MSC Status
26 February 2001 - MnEportal.com, The e-marketplace for the Mechanical and Electrical Industry, has been awarded Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) status by Multimedia Development Corporation (MDC) recently. MDC is a Malaysian government agency and was established to lead the development and management of the Multimedia Super Corridor.
According to the MSC bills of guarantees, MnEportal.com is eligible to obtain several incentives offered by Malaysian Governments. These incentives including tax deductions, the privilege to leverage the advanced technologies, access to high tech environment premises, etc. "We are pleased to receive this status and enjoyed the incentives, this proves that our contribution and potential is recognized by Malaysian Government.", said Mr. Luke Long, President of MnEportal.com.
