Optegra SMART.DMS (Distributors Management System) is an end-to-end enterprise solution designed specially to manage the customer relationship, sales and delivery processes from a network of distributors. This solution is targeted specially to Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and pharmaceuticals companies as brand owners and their respective distributors.
The SMART.DMS provides a suite of solution starting from the handheld applications to the distributors back-end servers which in turn are synchronized back to the brand owner ERP system. This covers the route accounting, order management, merchandizing, trade deals, collection, inventory management, van reconciliation and comprehensive reporting modules.
SMART.DMS is powered by the SAP NetWeaver T platform in which distributors' server solutions are synchronized real-time or by batches to the SAP back-end system. SAP NetWeaver is the open integration and application platform that unifies integration technologies into a single platform and is pre-integrated with business application, enabling change and reducing the need for custom integration.
